Choir
To celebrate 25 years leadership the choir, there is a new music stand in the church for the conductors and / or soloist to use.
We are always in need of more singers as a small choir suffers greatly during the holiday period or flu epidemics! However each voice is greatly appreciated in the choir.
We take part in the evening service every week of the year with extra worship services on Sunday mornings for such events as Harvest and choir weekend.
The Choir has ventured out to take part in worship at Newbiggin Chapel in Weardale and there is an annual visit to Beamish Museum where we sing morning and afternoon on a specially booked Saturday in the chapel there.
We also sing at weddings in Consett Methodist Church when requested.
